S.C. RAM MULTI INVEST S.R.L. may provide the personal data of the Buyer to other companies with which it is in partnership, but only on the basis of a confidentiality agreement on their part guaranteeing that this data is kept secure and that the provision of this personal information is made in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment/banking service providers, telemarketing or other services, provided by companies with which we can develop joint programs of offering on the market of our Goods and Services, insurers.

By filling in the data in the Account and/or Order creation form the Buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that his personal data be included in the www.jobsforpeople.ro database and gives his express and unequivocal consent that all such personal data be stored, used and processed for the purpose set out above.
